Juneteenth commemorates June 19, 1865 — the day Union troops arrived in Galveston, Texas, to announce and enforce the emancipation of enslaved African Americans, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation. It stands as a symbol of delayed justice but enduring hope and freedom.

The Charles County Juneteenth Foundation, Inc. invites you to be a part of our 6th Annual Juneteenth Celebration by becoming an official sponsor. This highly anticipated event draws thousands from across Southern Maryland in a day of education, entertainment, and empowerment. Your sponsorship helps fund community programming, cultural enrichment, and scholarship opportunities for local students.
We offer a variety of sponsorship levels to suit individuals, businesses, and organizations looking to make a lasting impact. Each level includes unique benefits like VIP suites, premium exposure, digital promotion, and more.
Sponsorship Levels Include:
Two sponsorships are available at this level. Sponsors will receive full-day access to a luxury Skybox that seats up to 50 guests and includes a private restroom and wait staff. The sponsor’s name and logo will be part of the event title as a presenting host. This package includes a social media graphic announcing your sponsorship, a banner prominently displayed at the event, and your name and logo on the official Step and Repeat. Your logo will also be included on all digital event materials. You will receive shoutouts across social media platforms and enjoy prime exhibit space at the event.
$2,500Five sponsorships are available at this level. Sponsors will enjoy full-day access to a reserved private suite accommodating up to 25 guests, complete with wait staff. Your name and logo will be prominently displayed at the event and included on a social media graphic. Your banner and branding will be featured on the Step and Repeat and all digital event materials. You’ll receive multiple social media shoutouts and a premium exhibit space.
$2,000Only one sponsorship is available for this highly visible area. The Tot Lot Sponsor will be listed on the main event flyer and featured in a social graphic. Your sponsorship will be displayed as “Hosted By” at the children’s activity zone. You’ll also receive a reserved private suite for 25 guests, which is ADA accessible, and enjoy prime exhibit space during the event.
$1500This level offers multiple sponsorship opportunities. Sponsors will be recognized on our social media pages and receive a custom graphic announcing their support. A yard sign with your logo will be posted on-site during the celebration.
$500Sponsors at this level will be recognized on our social media platforms and featured in a dedicated sponsorship graphic shared with our online audience.
